Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.
In the event of a BOTOX Membership cancellation, patients will be required to pay the full price of the BOTOX treatment they were scheduled to receive. A cancellation penalty may also apply, the details of which will be discussed in the office.
The current medication will be the same as you are currently on, you cannot change medications. Example: if you are on semaglutide for three months and want to enter the Weight Loss maintenance membership, you have to stay with that current medication and cannot be switched Tirzapatide. The only way that is possible is if your previous plan was Tirzapatide
