All procedures at New Journey Medical and Aesthetics are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been made and the treatment has commenced or the prescription medication has been ordered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the treatment outcome or any decision to discontinue the treatment. This policy applies to all services and procedures, including but not limited to Lipo Dissolve, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and any other medical or aesthetic treatments provided by our facility.
However, we understand that circumstances may change, and as a gesture of goodwill, we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer any remaining balance from the original procedure to another procedure offered at New Journey Medical and Aesthetics. This transfer option is not guaranteed and will be subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Any request for a balance transfer must be made in writing and discussed with our team before any further treatments or procedures are scheduled. Please note that the transfer of funds is only applicable to services within our practice and cannot be transferred to another facility or used for non-medical purposes. Additionally, any transferred balance must be used within a specified period, as determined by our team, and will be subject to the same non-refundable policy as the original payment.
