Non-Refundable Procedures
At New Journey Medical & Aesthetics, we want you to feel confident in your treatment choices. Please note that all procedures are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is completed and your treatment begins or prescription medications are ordered, refunds are not available, regardless of the outcome or if you decide to stop treatment. This includes services like Lipo Dissolve, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and all other medical or aesthetic treatments we offer.
That said, we understand that life can be unpredictable. As a goodwill gesture, we may allow you to transfer any remaining balance from your original procedure to a different treatment at New Journey Medical & Aesthetics. This option is granted solely at our discretion and evaluated case by case. To request a transfer, please submit a written request and discuss it with our team before booking your next treatment. Keep in mind, transferred balances apply only to services at our facility, can’t be moved outside our practice, and must be used within a timeframe set by us. The same non-refundable terms will apply to transferred funds.
