Membership Terms**

Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice.

If you cancel a BOTOX Membership, you’ll be responsible for paying the full price of any scheduled BOTOX treatments. A cancellation fee may apply; details will be discussed during your visit.

Medication plans remain fixed. For example, if you’ve been on semaglutide for three months and join the Weight Loss Maintenance membership, you must continue with that medication—you can’t switch to Tirzepatide unless your previous plan included it.
